A recent announcement reveals that while nearly all US customers (97%) have received their distributions, only 43% of international customers have done so. The cryptocurrency lender, which filed for bankruptcy in November 2022 following the FTX fallout, completed its bankruptcy proceedings and announced a plan in July 2024 to return 100% of the dollar value of customer claims as they stood at the time of the filing.
Time is running out for non-US customers to secure their assets.
