A suspected Israeli hacking group, Gonjeshke Darande, has reportedly stolen nearly $82 million from Iranian cryptocurrency exchange Nobitex.

The attack, following a similar cyberattack on Bank Sepah, highlights escalating cyber warfare between Iran and Israel and the vulnerability of cryptocurrency exchanges to politically motivated attacks. The hackers threaten to release Nobitex's source code, further jeopardizing the platform and its remaining users.
